Multi Quantity Surveyors is an independent and registered professional Quantity Surveying Practice which provides a full range of quantity surveying, construction cost consultancy and tendering services to the construction industry.
The practice, which is based in Cape Town with offices in Century City and Atlantic Seaboard, was founded in 2013 and is headed by Directors with over 50 years of combined extensive experience in professional quantity surveying. Our well balanced experience in property developments of varying scales and complexity, spans across many sectors such as retail, commercial, sports, leisure and hospitality, factories and warehousing, residential, transport, educational, health and facilities management.
We pride ourselves in providing professional services to both the private and public sector clients by maintaining services of the highest standard, upholding best industry practices, adhering to codes of conduct as recommended by our affiliated professional industry bodies and continuously aligning ourselves with innovative technological developments within the construction industry.

Gary is a co-founder and the Managing Director of Multi Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd. and has been a practicing quantity surveyor since 1992. Gary graduated from the Cape Technikon (Cape Peninsula University of Technology) in 1991.
Gary has over 29 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor and is highly experienced in hotels, hospitals, luxury game lodges, retail, multi-storey apartment blocks and major hotel refurbishments. Gary has experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying in both the private and public sector and is an expert on pre-contract cost consulting, cost planning and detailed project viabilities.
He is a hands-on director, getting involved on projects throughout the entire life cycle of the project from inception to post-completion.

Paseka has over 22 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor and is highly experienced in airports, hospitals, retail, schools, institutional construction projects, industrial warehouses and facilities management consulting. Paseka has experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying in both the private and public sector and is an expert on pre-contract cost consulting, cost planning and detailed project viabilities.
